UH-12B (H-23B) 3-seat helicopter—ready
to fly. Has a current Airworthiness Certificate and Annual.
1953 model. 3083 hrs.TT. Excellent condition, no corrosion, rated a 9/9. ADs
are up to date. N5072R; S/N 613.
This helicopter had a hard landing in 2013, but has since been fully rebuilt and upgraded.
Helicopter is in turnkey condition, requiring no parts or maintenance to be flight-ready.
UPDATE On 2/17/24: main rotorblades
are currently being factory refurbished and are expected to be
ready for remounting on helicopter approx. mid-April 2024. They will then have 0 time since remanufacture. Helicopter
has always been stored indoors (hangared). Also included:
covers for the bubble, engine/transmission and tail rotor.
