title: Little Zipster
THE LITTLE ZIPSTER CO-AXIAL HELICOPTER
Construction Prints & Manual

The Little Zipster is one of the simplest and most charming helicopters ever developed. The charm of this craft lies not only in its extremely compact size, but in its “pilot-friendly” co-axial design: the absence of a complex tail-rotor system and the easy-to-operate control system. This package consists of 3 blueprints showing the dimensions, basic structure, layout and integration of all components, and the construction of the rotor blades; plus, a Manual that includes full specifications, a description of the various systems and components, an explanation of the design, and flying instructions for the Little Zipster.

Being a true helicopter, the Little Zipster will take off and land vertically, hover, and fly backward and sideward as well as forward.

In the photo on the left, you can clearly see the twin rotor system, in which the 2 sets of rotorblades share a common axis, yet spin in opposite directions to cancel torque.

Below, the extraordinary maneuverability and precise control of the Little Zipster is clearly conveyed.
